About the IT Project Manager Role:
As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and implementing advanced internal technical systems.
Your responsibilities as the IT Project Manager will include:
- Leading enhancements to existing Intranet systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to define and prioritise system changes.
- Managing relationships with external software developers and service providers.
- Ensuring seamless integration with other core systems.
- Guiding the team to successfully transition projects into operational support.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster growth and innovation.
What you'll bring as the IT Project Manager:
Professional Experience:
- Proven experience working within structured project environments (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
- Expertise in full project life-cycle management.
- Hands-on experience with browser-based systems, electronic trading, and integration technologies (e.g., SharePoint, PowerShell).
- A track record of managing external software suppliers and engaging with senior stakeholders.
Personal Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams.
- Innovative and commercially minded with attention to detail and a strategic vision.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Degree-level education is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in English and Mathematics.
