IT Support Technician  

My Client is a Managed Service Provider offering IT and telecom services to small and medium-sized businesses. Based near Knutsford, they serve the surrounding regions and are committed to delivering exceptional customer support using advanced systems.

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team in Knutsford. The role involves providing 1st and 2nd line remote and on-site technical support, managing support tickets, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. You will also promote IT services and collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will handle PC hardware repairs and system upgrades and provide technical advice to clients.

Technical Skills Required: 
  • PC hardware troubleshooting and repair  
  • Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange), Azure  
  • Windows 10 & 11, Office 365 Apps  
  • Network fundamentals: TCP/IP, VPN, DNS  
  • Wireless networking and broadband technologies
