The Role

As an Administrator, you will play an essential role in supporting our clients and ensuring cases are processed efficiently. You will manage customer communications and handle their cases on our system, contributing to the success of our claims process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and SMS, ensuring their questions and concerns are handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Case Management: Process cases accurately on our system, making sure all necessary information is logged and kept up-to-date.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure cases are progressed in a timely and effective manner.
  • Attention to Detail: Handle sensitive data carefully and ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Problem-Solving: Address client issues and provide solutions to help keep cases moving forward.
