They are a small to medium sized, well-respected industry leader and work with a diverse clientèle ranging from small businesses to well known, global scale enterprise brands.

Due to the passionate culture, collaboration and level of investment in both the people and the environment, this is a non-negotiable requirement. Core hours are 9am to 5pm, with flexibility to start any time between 8am and 9.30am.

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for product development from 0-1 discovery to launch. Managing the roadmap, strategy and vision will be key responsibilities and you will play a vital role in shaping the team and growth within the Product function. This is a varied role which also included hands-on activities such as requirements gathering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in the product suite. These are your products, your responsibility.
  • GAP analysis, market research and competitor analysis.
  • Manage key stakeholders across the business to articulate and validate ideas.
  • Lead by example. Set goals and work with others to encourage cross functional collaboration.

Essentials

  • Fully on-site 5 days p/week in Cheshire, UK.
  • Minimum of 5 year's experience in a Senior Product capacity.
  • Proven experience managing stakeholders of different levels.
  • Technical background or experience with technical products.
  • Proven experience taking full ownership of Products through the full Product Development Lifecycle (0-1 idea to MVP).
  • Launched a Product MVP or Product iterations.
  • Led creation of Product Roadmaps that deliver the strategy.
  • Truly passionate about Product.
  • Sleeved rolled up approach, willingness to research and gather requirements.
  • Full right to work in the UK.
  • Agile Methodology.
