  • Job Title/Location: Senior Paraplanner, Cheshire
  • Salary: To c.£46,000
  • Office/WFH: Up to 2 days per week WFH. First few weeks are office-based

  • Role Snapshot: Dealing with the more complex, technically challenging cases and pro-actively helping to develop and manage the firms paraplanning team

The Company: An established financial advisory business that provides a modern approach to financial planning for HNW individuals as well as the employee benefits market.

The Role: As a Senior Paraplanner, you will case manage from the point of de-brief following client meetings. You will take on a good level of responsibility, including overseeing the complex cases, mentoring and developing the junior paraplanners, contributing to the strategic growth of the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the businesses main point of contact for all technical support
  • Interpret data obtained by Advisers during client meetings
  • Analyse data and use research tools to provide solutions to meet client needs and objectives
  • Compile suitability reports, client illustrations and key features documents.
  • Assist in the delivery of the investment proposition
  • Propose and draft financial solutions for clients
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and maintain up-to-date client files.

Skills / Experience Required: For this Senior Paraplanner role you must have in-depth paraplanning experience within an IFA/wealth management business and a strong level of investment and pension knowledge. You should also have already obtained the Level 4 Diploma. As a person, you should be keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability.

Additional Information: Salary for the Senior Paraplanner role is to c.£46,000 + professional study support, company pension, 4 x DIS benefits, 25 days annual leave in addition to bank holidays and free parking. The first few weeks will be office-based, with the option to eventually have 2 days WFH. Please apply below.
