Purchase Ledger - Knutsford - Permanent - Up to £30,000
We are working with a prestigious client based in Knutsford who are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger to join their small and outgoing team on a permanent basis.

Dutiesinclude:

  • Process and manage purchase invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions on Sage and Excel
  • Ensure the correct coding of purchase orders and purchase invoices to nominal codes and project numbers
  • Checking supplier statements
  • Responding to queries via telephone and email
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Use CIS Module to process supplier statements
  • General admin duties to support the wider finance team when required

The ideal candidate will have experience on Sage and Excel, have a high attention to detail and be a strong communicator both written and verbal. You will be joining a highly reputable company with the opportunity for progression down the line.
