Senior Control System Engineer – Process Control & Nuclear | Cheshire | up to £55k (depending on experience) + package.

We are undertaking a search on behalf of a growing control system integration business who are looking to strengthen their Process Control project delivery function by adding a Senior Control Systems Engineer into that team.

Most of these projects are within Water & Nuclear.

The business provides a wonderful environment for engineers who are looking for excellent work life balance whilst also nurturing their skills. They have flexible & home working and also pay towards course / textbook fees for any additional training you might want.

The business also has a track record of supporting engineers to chartership – not through tired ‘one size fits all professional development’ policies that exist in most companies, but bespoke programmes tailored around each engineer.

They also pay based on your skills and abilities rather than time served. We’re looking to speak with experienced control system engineers who have  exposure to process control project experience.

You must have demonstrable experience and evidence of the full project life cycle from documentation, writing the software, commissioning, and FAT/SAT.

The business has a standard library and the framework client provides a standard to adhere to (they program within ladder). Almost everything is Siemens TIA.

Over time can be paid or taken as time in lieu - giving the engineer the choice to either top up their salary or take time to spend outside of work. WFH most Mondays and Fridays. Excellent office atmosphere rest of the time!

If you're looking for a challenging role where you can get your teeth stuck into some big projects that span multiple years whilst getting exceptional work life balance then this is the system integrator for you!
