C&B Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced automotive Workshop Controller to join a busy and well respected main dealer group in Cheshire.

You will need previous experience working as a workshop controller within a dealership environment with a proven track record. 

Workshop Controller Role Overview:•    Assisting the Service manager in running the workshop.•    Attend and participate in performance related management/team meetings•    Establish staff training needs; communicate training requests•    Coordinate and schedule work for the technician’s.•    Ensuring a strong relationship is maintained with the parts department to maximise parts•    availability.•    Handle customer complaints immediately and according to company guidelines.•    Liaising with other Managers to ensure all responsibilities are covered on a daily basis.

Workshop Controller Requirements:•    Experience working as a workshop controller/assistant service manager within the Motortrade.•    Proven track record.•    Stable Career history.•    Full driving license is required.
