Deputy Home Manager
Location: Knutsford, WA16
Salary: 24.00 per hour (49,000 per annum) + paid breaks & benefits
Hours: Full-Time, Days (40 hours per week, 8am-4pm shifts)

Time Recruitment is seeking an experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our client's charming Victorian care home, located near Knutsford Town Centre. The home, rated 'Good' in all CQC categories, is managed by a highly skilled nurse-qualified manager. As Deputy Home Manager, you will work closely with the manager and a dedicated, long-standing team to provide exceptional care across a 48-bed facility offering residential care, dementia care, general nursing, palliative care, and dementia nursing, with a particular focus on end-of-life care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and support the nursing team
* Ensure high standards of clinical governance and auditing
* Lead staff development and training initiatives
* Rota planning and skill-mix management
* Assist with CQC preparations and assessments
* Provide hands-on resident care
* Liaise with residents' families and ensure excellent communication
