Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator

Hours: 30 Hours per Week
Pay Rate: up to 18 per hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking a confident and well-organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team for a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling reception and administrative duties, including booking claimants into nurse's clinics. This is not a cold-calling role but requires strong communication skills to liaise effectively with claimants and health care professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking claimants into nurses' diaries efficiently and accurately
- Managing inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Handling general administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
- Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to maintain and update records
- Assisting with front desk duties, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company procedures
Requirements:
- Strong telephone communication skills with confidence in handling calls
- Previous experience in reception or administrative roles preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional and friendly character
