Job Title: Administrator
Location: Isle of Skye
Type: 12 Month Contract
Salary - Circa 18 P/H Umbrella
An excellent opportunity for Project Administrator to work for a leading renewable Company.
You will be responsible for administrative support for all operational process, including project administration , purchasing requisitions and collating technical information.
Day to day responsibilities will include
organise team events & meetings, booking venues, catering etc.
- Manage travel arrangements and subsequent expense claims for team.
- Co-ordinate project sites visits.
Support with completion of time sheets in Time Control and chase team to complete. - Logging facilities supports
- Prepare reports from internal systems to provide project specific information i.e., for colleagues.
- Ad hoc / general admin support (typing up notes, photocopying / scanning, electronic filing)
You must have experience within the renewable/built environment/engineering sector and be confident in working in a fast-paced environment.
