Engineering Manager

Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

With a commitment to excellence, we are in search for an outstanding Engineering Manager who is looking to take on an exciting new challenge within the industry. This position will focus on managing a number of high profile equipment CAPEx projects as well as delivering on a number of lean/process improvement initiatives

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the engineering department
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering CapEx projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Support new product launches and packaging changes, ensuring seamless transition from pilot to full-scale production.
  • Development of lean manufacturing principles in key areas where deemed appro
