Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Develop the Team: Coach, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve their full potential.

- Manage Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory standards.

The Person
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication skills for engaging with individuals, families, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrates high attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Is confident in managing conflict and having difficult conversations.
- Has experience in managing service budgets and financial processes.
- Holds or is willing to work towards SVQ 4 in Health and Social Care and Leadership and Management Certificate.
