The Person

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent communication skills for engaging with individuals, families, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates high attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Is confident in managing conflict and having difficult conversations.
  • Has experience in managing service budgets and financial processes.
  • Holds or is willing to work towards SVQ 4 in Health and Social Care and Leadership and Management Certificate.
