The Role
We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer with a background in the photocopier industry, ideally with a photocopier dealer or manufacturer. You will cover the Midlands and Stoke, with some travel up to Manchester, installing and servicing photocopiers and related office equipment. A company vehicle with fuel paid is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and service photocopiers and printers for clients.
- Integrate devices into client networks and resolve connectivity issues.
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance.
- Provide technical support and training to clients.
Requirements:
- Experience with photocopier systems (e.g. Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta).
- Strong networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel across the region.
