What You’ll Be Doing:
- Growing revenue within a defined area by developing new business and increasing spend with existing customers
- Advising customers on technical access solutions and ensuring all solutions meet required standards
- Managing customer accounts, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining a high level of service
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identifying key opportunities and developing long-term relationships with customers
- Conducting customer meetings and site visits to enhance our customer-centric approach
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 5 years of experience in technical sales within the hire/rental industry
- Proven ability to develop business, create strategic plans, and identify growth opportunities
- Experience using web-based tools and social media for business development
- Strong account management and customer service skills
- Ability to manage a regional sales territory effectively
- Experience maintaining CRM systems and reporting on sales activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including creating PowerPoint presentations for client meetings
- A full UK driving licence
