What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Growing revenue within a defined area by developing new business and increasing spend with existing customers
  • Advising customers on technical access solutions and ensuring all solutions meet required standards
  • Managing customer accounts, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining a high level of service
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Identifying key opportunities and developing long-term relationships with customers
  • Conducting customer meetings and site visits to enhance our customer-centric approach

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 5 years of experience in technical sales within the hire/rental industry
  • Proven ability to develop business, create strategic plans, and identify growth opportunities
  • Experience using web-based tools and social media for business development
  • Strong account management and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage a regional sales territory effectively
  • Experience maintaining CRM systems and reporting on sales activities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including creating PowerPoint presentations for client meetings
  • A full UK driving licence
