Reporting to: Regional Manager
Location: South Lanarkshire
Service: Autism Support
Salary: 39,000 - 43,000

Responsibilities:
* Train and development manager and teams to ensure a constant high quality of support in like with the organisations policies and procedures and governing bodies such as Care Inspectorate and SSSC. Promote continuous development.
* Gain a strong understanding and ensure needs are met for people with autism and their families.
* Create and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
* Promote the organisations values and participate in the community to support better outcomes, in turn contributing to the growth of the service.
* Participate in audits, budget control and service design.
* Support the recruitment process in line with safer recruitment.

Requirements:
* Hold SVQ4 in Health and Social Care or equivelant.
* Hold 3-5 years' experience within the health and social care sector.
* Management experience within the health and social care sector.
* A strong knowledge and understanding of autism support.
* Decision making, knowledge in budgeting, excellent communication skills, leading a team with training support.
