Recent expansion through acquisition has prompted the need to strengthen the finance department with the addition of an experienced Management Accountant. The role will work closely with a part-time FD and will involve regular interaction with the MD and senior team to ensure the timely and accurate production of financial information. The main responsibilities will be:
- Preparing the monthly management accounts pack
- Supervising the month end close process
- Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow reporting
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparing the year end accounts
- Monitoring FX transactions
- VAT returns, PAYE etc.
- Stock reconciliation and valuation
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis of KPIs

Strong QBE accountants or CIMA / ACCA part or nearly qualified potential candidates will be welcomed. Excel to a good level and experience of SAGE 200 would be advantageous.
