Excellent opportunity to join a growing provider of care homes for older people in a brand new position of Regional Clinical Lead providing, supporting on all clinical standards across the nursing and residential care homes in the region.

Bright Selection are delighted to represent a new and growing care provider in the North and Midlands that has sound investment and resource to provide high quality care for older people. The group are seeking to appoint to a newly created position that will provide support on all clinical matters, inspection and audit at Deputy Manager level.

Responsibilities

  • Clinical audit support including care plans and medication audits and report
  • Provide support to both Home Managers and Deputy Manager
  • Work closely with Deputy Manager's to ensure high standard of care is delivered across homes
  • Liaising with external regulators
  • Clinical Supervisions
  • Support on any company incidents and investigations

Requirements

  • Nurse qualified with a current NMC PIN
  • Experienced in working in a care home setting in a senior position i.e. clinical care manager, Deputy Manager
  • Sound working knowledge of legislation within health and social care and understanding of
  • Experienced in meeting regulatory requirements
  • Car driver and happy to undertake travel across Lancashire
