The Role: Key Account Manager
You’ll manage a portfolio of key clients, develop new business opportunities, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. This is a field-based role- You must be flexible to meet clients across the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Developing and maintaining a healthy, qualified sales pipeline
- Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions
- Providing high-level customer service and follow-up
- Working in a hybrid setup (Lancaster HQ + home-based flexibility)
What You’ll Bring:
- A background in Account Management or B2B Sales
- Consistent track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong business planning and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-starter mentality with a team-player attitude
- Industry experience is helpful but not essential
