The Role: Key Account Manager

You’ll manage a portfolio of key clients, develop new business opportunities, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. This is a field-based role- You must be flexible to meet clients across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
  • Developing and maintaining a healthy, qualified sales pipeline
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions
  • Providing high-level customer service and follow-up
  • Working in a hybrid setup (Lancaster HQ + home-based flexibility)

What You’ll Bring:
