The New Build Mortgage Advisor RoleAs a Self-Employed New Build Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will assist clients secure a mortgage and protection products that are tailored to their specific needs and financial circumstances. You’ll build excellent relationships with the new build sites you support across the North West, visiting sites regularly, working occasional weekends, and attending site events to secure new business.New Build Mortgage Advisor Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients seeking new build mortgages and protection
• Build and maintain relationships with new build sites making regular visits to your clients
• Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility for new build mortgage products.
• Analyse and compare mortgage and protection products from various lenders and providers
• Stay up to date with new build regulations, financing programs, and market trends to provide the most relevant and accurate guidance to clients.

New Build Mortgage Advisor desired skills and experience

• Experience as a New Build Mortgage Advisor
• Experience building relationships with clients at new build sites
• Able to travel to Oldham for the monthly meeting
• Ability to travel to new build sites across the North West
• Work in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA standards.
• Be CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
