Job Scope:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our clients team. This hybrid role offers flexibility, allowing the successful candidate to work from any of our clients offices in Manchester, the Midlands, Swindon, or Gloucester, with the headquarters based in Bristol.

As a Business Development Manager, you will engage with NHS and Local Authority Commissioners, securing business through phone and online meetings or passing longer care packages to the onboarding team.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and maintaining database integrity through regular client engagement. You will generate quality appointments, close smaller care packages remotely, and conduct service reviews to enhance client satisfaction.

As a Business Development Manager, you must be self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient. You will collaborate with the Service Partnership Team, ensuring clear communication, seamless handovers, and accurate reporting to drive business growth effectively.
