This Restaurant prides itself on using local produce especially local cheeses in their dishes, whilst also offering woodfired pizzas and excellent wine. They have a 50-cover restaurant and a front of house team of up to 10.

This is a busy restaurant with a great buzz creating dishes for up to 170 covers on busy weekends.

The Assistant General Manager will assist the General manager in all day to day management in this fantastic , original concept .

For this role the idealAssistant General Manager will have supervisor / manager experience in a fresh food restaurant , bar , hotel and /or Pub.

This Assistant General Manager position is a permanent position.
