We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team in a hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service.


Duties:
- Assist in managing staff, including training, scheduling, and supervision
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and oversee food production and preparation
- Support in maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop strategies for business growth
- Supervise various departments such as housekeeping, front desk, and food and beverage
- Assist in bartending duties when necessary


Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, food production, or related field
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in team management and overseeing daily operations
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
