Maintenance ManagerLocation: North WestSalary: Up to £65,000 + Bonus
We are excited to be partnering with a leading Food Manufacturing business based in the North West who are currently experiencing an impressive period of growth and investment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a high-performing site with a positive and collaborative culture. The business has ambitious plans for the future, with several exciting projects and site developments in the pipeline.
Responsibilities of a Maintenance Manager:
- Lead and develop a skilled engineering team to deliver site reliability and drive performance.
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring equipment availability and minimising downtime.
- Support and manage CAPEX and CI projects in line with the site's growth aspirations.
- Implement and continuously improve maintenance strategies, focusing on preventative maintenance and asset care.
- Promote and embed a strong health & safety culture across the engineering function.
- Work closely with senior site leadership and other departments to align engineering and production goals
Successful Maintenance Manager will have:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar senior engineering leadership role within food or FMCG manufacturing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- A solid background in driving Continuous Improvement (CI).
- Excellent understanding of maintenance best practices, health & safety, and compliance.
- Experience working within fast-paced, high-volume production environments.
