An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Process Technology Chemist to join a dynamic and successful R&D team based in the NW area

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product design and development, progressing from the initial laboratory phase to pilot plant scale-up.
  • Conduct polymer synthesis, research, and prepare both polar and non-polar ink formulations for evaluation.
  • Develop new methods and provide technical support to the production team to ensure efficient processes.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, with 2-4 years of experience in a chemical process environment.
  • Strong knowledge of colloidal chemistry, pigment dispersion, and stabilization.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Solid understanding of chemistry and chemical engineering principles.
  • Proficiency with modern laboratory instrumentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
