About the Role: Business Development Manager

In this role, you’ll join an award-winning team known for industry-leading service. From the moment you start, you’ll be actively building relationships, structuring deals, and moving fast in a high-energy, client-centric environment. Rather than being confined to a desk, you’ll be on the road engaging with our broker community, developing relationships, and opening new channels for growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and Strengthen Broker Partnerships: Develop and manage a network of brokers within your sales region, building relationships that generate new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Strategic Deal Structuring: Review deal inquiries from introducers, structure cases, and ensure they meet credit policy—driving deals from concept to close.
  • Proactive Business Generation: Actively seek and develop new sources of business by staying engaged with industry trends, inbound leads, and networking opportunities.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets, partnering with the Managing Director (Sales) to drive success across Bridging, Refurbishment, and Buy-to-Let lending.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent the company at exhibitions, workshops, and seminars to build visibility and credibility.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client contacts and meetings using our CRM system (Impact) for seamless follow-up and data tracking.
What You’ll Bring
