Ecommerce Manager - 4 days in office - North West - £40-50k

Futures are excited to be partnering with a leading FMCG company renowned for delivering high-quality products to customers across the UK and beyond. As the business continue to grow, their ecommerce channel is pivotal to their success, and this person will be tasked with taking the channel to the next level.

Key Responsibilities of an Ecommerce Manager...

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to maximize online sales and profitability.
  • Manage and optimize our presence on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) and our direct-to-consumer website (via Shopify).
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and email marketing, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze customer data and ecommerce KPIs to drive performance improvements and enhance the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain, marketing, and product teams to ensure stock availability and compelling online merchandising.
  • Identify and act on emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in the ecommerce space.

What We’re Looking For...

  • Proven experience in ecommerce management within the FMCG sector or a similar fast-paced industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, analytics tools, and ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify and Google Analytics).
