  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

You

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the test and measurement equipment industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Industrial Machinery, and Consumer Electronics sectors
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Willingness to travel as required
