Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing a range of existing top-tier Grocery & Highstreets accounts. This role is 50/50 between account management and business development, so you will also drive distribution across UK Retail.

- Manage a portfolio of well-established Grocery & Highstreets accounts, with a £multi-million P+L.
- Negotiate successful JBPs, whilst constantly upselling new products to continue the YOY growth.
- You will be doing continuous new business development, targeting Grocery & Highstreet customers, forming and developing relationships.
- Work collaboratively with the wider commercial function, reporting back on sales and product performance
What will you need to be a successful National Account Manager?
- Experience within the electrical FMCG industry.
- Prior or current experience working within Top Tier Grocers.
- Proven track record of growing existing business and winning new business.
- A strong desire to proactively go out and win new business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
