About Us: My client is a prestigious, high-end wedding venue renowned for creating unforgettable experiences. The team is their greatest asset, and they are proud of their exceptional staff retention rate – no one has been with the company for less than three years, including bar and kitchen staff. Although establishments of such quality rarely struggle to attract direct inquiries, the sales director will be there to implement new sales strategies to join the team and drive their sales strategy to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of two Sales Coordinators.
  • Oversee and manage a large budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Cross-sell and upsell a range of luxury services and packages.
  • Train, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve their full potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the luxury events or hospitality industry.
  • Strong ability to cross-sell and upsell high-end products and services.
  • Excellent people management and coaching skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
