Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving sales and developing teams? We are seeking a Sales Manager to oversee our client’s team of Sales Advisors and guide both new and existing customers through the customer sales journey. This role is pivotal in achieving and exceeding sales turnover targets while collaborating closely with senior management.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Lead and Inspire: Drive sales to secure new business and promote upgrade sales.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the overall performance of your team, ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet your individual sales targets as set by your line manager.
  • Support Sales Executives: Maintain open communication with Sales Executives to facilitate smooth transactions from initial sale to final delivery, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
  • Coaching and Development: Effectively coach and motivate your sales staff to enhance their performance.
  • Customer Base Expansion: Establish, maintain, and grow our customer base.
  • Training and Management: Ensure your sales teams are well-managed and trained for optimal performance.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and resolve after-sales complaints proactively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to boost business growth.
  • Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on current products and technical specifications to provide accurate information to park owners.
  • Trade Shows: Attend trade shows as required to promote our offerings.
  • Health and Safety: Promote safe working practices to protect the health and welfare of all employees and visitors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management.
  • Experience of working in a sales environment, such as, car sales/holiday booking agent/holiday home sales would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
