Your new role
As Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects related to production, facility upgrades, or equipment installations. Other duties will include project planning, collaborative team leadership, contractor management, problem-solving, compliance with company/industry standards and problem-solving. You will ensure that engineering initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, all while maintaining safety and efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed
As an Engineering Project Manager, you will possess the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute projects efficiently. Technical expertise in engineering principles, along with a deep understanding of food safety, quality standards, and manufacturing processes, is crucial.
