Ground worker Roles and Responsibilities
Perform ground preparation for construction, including excavation, trenching, and site clearance.
Assist with laying foundations, paving, and concreting tasks.
Install drainage systems and water management infrastructure as required.
- Groundworker Requirements
Previous experience working as a Ground worker.
Possession of a valid CSCS card and NPORS or CPCS.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
