Business Development Executive£25,000 + £8,000 OTE / Caton, Lancaster – Hybrid / Permanent My client, a leader in the conveyancing industry, are looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their rapidly growing team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have proven sales experience or be passionate about joining an award-winning sales team.Key Responsibilities
  • Gathering leads to then be passed onto the wider Sales team to convert into new business opportunities
  • Opportunity to convert self-generated leads and maintain existing client relationships
  • Support the sales team in developing new sales strategies to target potential clients
  • Attending industry events and networking events
  • Supporting the team with onboarding new clients and other general administration
Essential Skillset
  • Proven sales experience either face to face or telephone sales
  • Sales experience in the property/real estate sector is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to work to targets and KPIs
  • Resilient personality and ability to perfume under pressure
