As a ‘Community Care Support Worker’ you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals within our community. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting a client in developing life skills and participating in community activities to enhance their overall quality of life.
  • Supporting clients with ongoing rehabilitation to enhance their daily lives and support them to remain independent.
  • Work with client groups with a variety of mental health diagnoses, or long-term health conditions.
  • Maintain your own personal and professional development with full training and support from Alcedo Care.
  • Be responsible for recording accurate and detailed notes which will help to support the ongoing assessment of clients care needs and required support.

Whether you have care experience in the NHS as a care assistant or nursing; previously worked in a care home or nursing home; been a support worker in the community; private carer for a family member.
