This is an excellent opportunity for a Sous chef who is looking for join this exciting concept restaurant. They are seeking a chef with a good fresh food background to assist the head chef in this busy kitchen.
This Restaurant prides itself on using local produce especially local cheeses in their dishes, whilst also offering woodfired pizzas and excellent wine. They have a 50-cover restaurant and a chef brigade of 4.
As Sous chef duties will also include helping to run the kitchen, stock control and ordering.
For this role the ideal Sous chef will have kitchen experience within a quality, fresh food environment and have a great passion for local produce.
Please note this Sous Chef position is a permanent position.
