9am - 6pm Monday to Friday
Pay rate
12.50 p/h
Details about this Customer Service Advisor opportunity:
Inbound and outbound calls to customers and depots
Dealing with customer queries via telephone and email
Meeting and greeting customers and visitors
Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
Filing and paper management
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Customer service skills
A positive, energetic attitutde
Good timekeeping and attendance
Experience dealing with customers
Able to work to a high standard
