**Job Advert: Experienced EYFS/KS1 Level 2 Teaching Assistant (1:1 Basis)**

Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant with experience in EYFS and KS1? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team on a 1:1 basis to support a child's learning and development.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Provide tailored support to an individual child, focusing on their specific needs.- Assist with classroom activities and help create a positive learning environment.- Foster the child's social and emotional development.- Collaborate with teachers to implement learning plans and monitor progress.
**Requirements:**- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).- Experience in EYFS/KS1 settings.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
