Job Opportunity: Experienced EYFS/KS1 Teaching Assistant for One-to-One Support
We are seeking an experienced EYFS/KS1 Level 2 Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated one-to-one support for a Year 1 pupil in Lancaster. This role involves working closely with a child who requires speech and language assistance, as well as personal care support.
Position Details:
- Location: Lancaster
- Role: One-to-One Teaching Assistant (EYFS/KS1)
- Hours: Full-time/Part-time options available
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to a Year 1 pupil, focusing on speech and language development
- Assist with personal care needs (including changing nappies)
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and specialists to implement personalized learning plans
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with EYFS/KS1 children, particularly in a one-to-one setting
- Knowledge of speech and language strategies is essential
- A compassionate and patient approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
