Key Responsibilities as a Nursery Assistant:
- Assisting teachers with lessons and managing classroom behavior.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children.
- Designing engaging activities for the children in your care.
- Teaching basic life skills, such as hygiene and good manners.
- Communicating effectively with children, staff, parents, and carers when necessary.
- Tailoring your support to meet the individual needs of each child.

Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working with children (must provide two professional references for recent work).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Genuine passion for working with children.
- Patience and sensitivity in dealing with young children.
- CACHE L2/L3 or direct nursery experience preferred.
- Good understanding of EYFS.
