In this role, you'll provide personalised support to children with ASD, implement tailored strategies to promote their development, and collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive learning environment. Prior experience working with children with ASD is essential, along with strong communication skills and a compassionate approach. Key Responsibilities as a Nursery Assistant:
- Assisting teachers with lessons and managing classroom behavior.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children.
- Designing engaging activities for the children in your care.
- Teaching basic life skills, such as hygiene and good manners.
- Communicating effectively with children, staff, parents, and carers when necessary.
- Tailoring your support to meet the individual needs of each child.

Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working with children (must provide two professional references for recent work).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Genuine passion for working with children.
- Patience and sensitivity in dealing with young children.
- CACHE L2/L3 or direct nursery experience preferred.
- Good understanding of EYFS.
