**Role 1: Year 4 Teaching Assistant (1-1 and Whole Class Support)** - **Days:** One day per week (Friday)- **Responsibilities:** Provide both 1-1 and whole-class support under the guidance of the class teacher, fostering a positive learning environment for all students.**Role 2: Year 1 Teaching Assistant (Whole Class Support)** - **Days:** Two days per week (Thursday and Friday)- **Responsibilities:** Support the whole class, assisting with daily learning activities and helping to create an inclusive classroom atmosphere.

**Requirements for Both Roles:**- Experience working with primary school children, ideally in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to diverse learning needs- Relevant qualifications or prior experience in a similar role are beneficial but not essential
