Psych Grad - Lancaster:

Prospero Teaching are looking for a recent psychology graduate, with an interest in pursuing a career in education, to join as a teaching assistant.

This is a full time position to start in January.

The Role:

  • Preparing learning resources and activities
  • Supervising pupils during break and lunch times
  • Building rapport with students, staff and parents

Position Details:

  • Location: Lancaster

  • Hours: 8:20am-4pm, Mon-Fri
  • Type of Work: Temporary
  • Full time/part time: Full time only
  • Minimum Rate of Pay: £90 per day, depending on experience
  • Start date: Jan 2025
  • End date: Ongoing

Experience, Training & Qualifications:

  • Up to date Safeguarding training with the last year (desired but training can be provided)
  • Any personal or professional experience supporting SEN
  • Psychology degree is essential for this role
