Job Description:
As a Teaching Assistant with Ribble Education, you will play a vital role in supporting classroom teachers and students in their learning journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers in preparing learning materials and classroom activities.
- Providing support to individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
- Encouraging student engagement and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support.
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to ensure the best educational outcomes for students.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Valid Enhanced Child workforce DBScertfifcate.
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred.
- A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom environment.
