Do you want to work within a luxury care provider? P4 Recruitment are currently looking for passionate and dedicated Deputy Manager to join the beautiful service in Lancaster.

You will ensure that the home actively promote interventions that support older adults, and persons with dementia, and to deliver and sustain a high standard of operational and clinical quality through evidence based best practice.

In 2024 the home was awarded the TOP 20 AWARD by carehome.co.uk and has a CQC RATING OF GOOD

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Previous management experience and must be able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities with the ability to develop a team.
  • Can demonstrate a sound knowledge and understanding within dementia and elderly care including DOLs and Safeguarding legislations.
  • Proven experience of being responsible for key areas of service provision and in the Home Manager’s absence, being responsible for the overall service, including providing, managing and coordinating support for residents.

MAIN RESPONIBILITIES:

  • To be accountable for all CQC, Regulatory, Statutory, and quality monitoring requirements.
  • Responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any change impacting on care and care plans, ensuring that new needs are met, and written records are updated.
  • Creating and developing strong relationships with local partners, playing an important role in raising the care home’s profile in the local area.
  • To act as a role model for the team and be an ambassador for the organisation and lead on the effective implementation of the Evermore Care Vision and Values and business strategy.
  • To take part in the local management On-Call Rota.
  • Can demonstrate a sound knowledge and understanding within dementia and elderly care including DOLs and Safeguarding legislations.
