You will monitor and protect the organisation’s digital infrastructure from security threats. You will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities, responding to incidents, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure robust security measures are in place.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and analysing security events and incidents using security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
  • Conducting vulnerability assessments and coordinating penetration tests to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Responding to cybersecurity incidents, including investigating breaches and conducting forensic analysis.
  • Developing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging cyber threats and advising on best practices to strengthen security posture.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience: Experience in a cybersecurity role, such as Security Analyst or Incident Responder. Hands-on experience with tools like Microsoft Compliance Centre, Sentinel, and Defender is desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyse security logs and data.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls), and common frameworks like ISO 27001 and NIST.
  • Qualifications: A degree in cybersecurity or equivalent experience is essential. Certifications like CISSP, CEH, or CISM are advantageous.
