Role Overview:

Were looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant/ sales executive driven to succeed in this Recruitment. In this role, youll manage the full recruitment cycle, sourcing and placing talent across a range of positions from entry level up to senior hires. This is a fast-paced, client-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding and fulfilling their hiring needs.

- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage high-quality candidates using job boards, networking, and social media.

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and placement.

- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and grow our client base.

- Market Insight: Keep up-to-date with legal industry trends and hiring demands.

Ideal Candidate:

- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or sales (1 year+)
