Overview:We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our clients dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee audits across various industry sectors, with work performed both remotely and on-site at client locations. Due to the location of some clients, travel and occasional overnight stays are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and assist with audit fieldwork both remotely and on client premises.
  • Take charge of planning and completing audit assignments.
  • Report completed audit files directly to the Responsible Individual (RI).
  • Provide training and support to other team members.
  • Prepare statutory financial statements from client data.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience conducting audits for owner-managed businesses.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent working knowledge of FRS 102 and IFRS.
  • Experience auditing clients in various industries.
  • Ideally, experience in a small or medium-sized accountancy practice.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • ACA/ACCA/CA qualified, or qualified by experience (QBE).
