An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a vibrant, fast growing & well-respected manufacturing company based in the Lancaster & Morecambe area on a permanent basis. As the Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in the ongoing development of the finance function, collaborating with teams across the business to maintain high standards across financial control, management accounts and efficiencies within the function.If you have experience working within a manufacturing/FMCG/Construction or within a similar role which we're looking for, this exciting role could be the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you! About the role

  • Supporting Internal Controls and Financial Processes
  • Working with the Financial Controller to analyse manufacturing costs & processes to enhance reporting and overall efficiencies
  • Cashflow & budget management - including consolidated cashflow
  • Financial control, month & year end, full end to end management accounts

About youThe ideal candidate for this position must have:

  • Experience within FMCG/Manufacturing/Construction
  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified, QBE or PQ will also be considered in tandem with manufacturing experience
  • Excellent communication & relationship building skills
