Paraplanner - Fully Remote (North-West, England) | £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus & Benefits
Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking for a fully remote role with a growing, forward-thinking firm? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a private equity-backed Independent Financial Advisory business that is expanding rapidly.
The Role
As a Paraplanner, you will support a team of 15 Financial Planners, working alongside 5 existing Paraplanners, with plans to expand further this year. You will provide high-quality technical support, research, and analysis to help Advisers deliver outstanding financial planning services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and produce suitability reports
- Work closely with Financial Planners to prepare client recommendations
- Ensure all reports and advice meet compliance and regulatory requirements
- Keep up to date with industry developments and maintain technical knowledge
- Liaise with product providers and assist in implementing financial plans
What’s on Offer?
- Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (up to £50,000 for Chartered or nearly Chartered candidates)
- Bonus: £5,000 annually

Who We’re Looking For:
- Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum)
- Chartered or within two exams of completion (desirable)
- Strong experience in Paraplanning and supporting Financial Planners
- Excellent report-writing, research, and analytical skills
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach
